The hotel's location is lovely, overlooking Port de Soller and just a short stroll from the main restaurants and marina. The rooms, while neat and comfortable, are a bit smaller than expected and do not match the booking description. The service was great to start with, professional and friendly, but unfortunately, a few instances of aggressive behavior from the staff made guests uncomfortable. The dining experience was enjoyable with a delicious variety that was constantly restocked. The facilities are kept to a very high standard, although some may find the lack of on-site amenities like a bar to be a downside.
